Jayco Workshop

Our manufacturing facility in Dandenong South Victoria houses a Jayco Service Workshop which covers warranty, insurance, and retail repairs.
All work is managed by our dedicated Jayco Service staff. Bookings are essential. To make a booking click the request a service below and fill in your details with your preferred time and date, and our technical team will be in contact to confirm your booking.

Retail repairs
We are here to assist retail customers from the all-important annual servicing to updating your RV’s interior and additional extras.
Insurance repairs
We can repair your caravan after an incident and assist you with your claims, simply nominate us as your preferred repairer with your insurance provider, present your caravan to us and we will do the rest.
Warranty Repairs
We conduct warranty repairs for all Jayco customers whilst there caravans are within their original 2 year and 5 year structural periods.
State of the Art Facilities
Our state of the art facility provides customers peace of mind for their beloved caravans by returning to the factory for their essential repairs and servicing, which are conducted by our factory trained technicians.

The Jayco service centre is located at the Jayco factory a 50-acre facility as 1 Jayco Drive Dandenong South, Victoria.
