Why a Jayco Cadetship?

When you become a Jayco Cadet, you will learn many aspects of the business and industry by working in various departments and roles over a 12 month period.

The skills and knowledge that you will learn throughout the cadetship will not only help you understand the caravan and manufacturing industry, it will equip you for many career pathways and business opportunities.

Cadetships are offered on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday. Shifts range from 6:00AM – 2:50PM or 6:30AM – 3:20PM, with two rostered days off per month, and every subsequent Friday work finishes 30 minutes earlier.
